Law Enforcement in Riverside County

Riverside County stretches across Southern California from the Colorado River in the east to Norco, Corona and Wildomar in the west.  Riverside County Sheriff’s Department provides much of the region’s law enforcement via ten Sheriff’s Stations spread across the region.  Click an area on the map below or select a station from the list at the right to find out more about Sheriff’s stations in your area.

Sheriff-Contracted Police Departments

Many cities in the county contract with the Riverside Sheriff’s Department for city police services.  The cities of Hemet and Moreno Valley are also home to Sheriff’s stations.

City-Operated Police Agencies

Other cities, such as Beaumont, Palm Springs, and Riverside maintain their own police departments.  If you require law enforcement services within these cities, you should contact the local police department, not the Sheriff’s Department.  Contact information for these cities is provided below for your convenience:
