Judge Silbar is the current Supervising Judge of the Family Law Panel for the Orange County Superior Court. As a former prosecutor, Judge Silbar values professional courtesy between counsel, and promotes civility in our profession. Her presentation will discuss the various Rules and Codes governing ethical and civil conduct, and will provide an Ethics M CLE credit.
